Using the environment
● Ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃, not lower than -5℃. The average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than +35° C.
● Indoor installation and use, the altitude of the use site shall not exceed 2000m.
● The relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of +40℃, and greater relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures (for example, 90% at +20℃). The effect of occasional condensation due to temperature changes shall be considered.
● The inclination of the vertical plane shall not exceed 5° when the equipment is installed.
● The equipment should be installed in the place without violent vibration and impact, and not enough to make the electrical components corroded.

When ordering, users should provide the following information
● Full model of the product (including the main circuit scheme number and auxiliary circuit scheme number);

● The frame is assembled by local welding of 8MF cold bending steel. Its strength and bearing capacity meet the installation requirements of electrical components. Installation holes E=20mm and E=100mm are installed on the frame respectively to improve the versatility of product assembly.
● ZMJ type bus clamp is a building block combination structure, thermoplastic molding with high flame retardant PPO material, high mechanical strength and insulation strength, can withstand 50kA effective value, peak 105kA dynamic and thermal stability impact force, long-term allowable temperature up to 120°C.
● The cabinet door is connected with the frame with galvanized rotating shaft hinge, convenient installation and disassembly. Rubber inserts are added to the hem of the door.
● The installation parts in the cabinet and the frame are connected with ground kneed screw to form a complete grounding protection circuit.
● The protection level of the front, back, top and two sides of the cabinet reaches IP30, and can also be selected between IP20 and IP40 according to the requirements of users. To strengthen ventilation and heat dissipation, in the lower part of the cabinet body, after the upper part and the top are ventilation and heat dissipation holes, so that the cabinet body is formed in the operation of natural ventilation, have better heat dissipation performance. The heat dissipation hole is sealed with steel wire mesh plate to ensure the protection level of cabinet body.
● The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main bus line on site.
● The outer protective layer of cabinet body is sprayed with polyester orange baking paint to eliminate glare and have strong adhesion. The installation parts in the cabinet are galvanized and passivated to improve the performance of "three prevention".
